Service was super quick. It would have been nice to have a bit more info on the instructions card regarding which carabiners to use, but we figured it out. The straps are SOLID AF, I have zero worries about the durability.

These straps were super easy to hang and have worked wonderfully. I have used ropes in the past, but they would move with the swing and rub the bark off the branch. These straps move the pivot point to below the branch so there is little movement.

Set up the swing for Easter and it was a huge hit! My 2 nieces both loved it and kept yelling, "higher, higher...". I even rode with them for a bit and was surprised at how easy it was for all 3 to get on and swing. If your kid has never rode one of these swings make sure to supervise until they get the hang of it. Set up is easy and the only thing I used the instructions for was to make sure I had all the pieces. Standard shipping was fast. Came in 2 days! I bought this with the 4' hanging kit and installing this was also a breeze.

This is a Christmas present for my Grandchildren. I give it five stars today because the strap is high quality and looks like it will hold the swing quite nicely. I will update, if necessary, in April when they actually use the strap.

These really do save your tree. I tried chains first and they tore the branch up. With these there is no damage to the tree. They are very strong and are great for adults that like to still be kids and swing!

product arrived on time. The downside, is the directions are not very clear. They were small and blurry.

We needed a really long tree kit for our tree swing, and this was perfect. At first we only ordered an 8 ft kit and it wasn\'t enough. These straps are perfect as they don\'t rub the tree, there is merely tension and only while being used. When not in use, the straps \relax\" and give the tree more slack. Much better than doing a swing with a rope that will slowly saw through the bark because it moves. These straps stay in one place.They\'re sufficient enough to hold my 6 ft husband when he sat on the swing too. Very strong

so far so goo. Just took down our home spun rope concoction that we use for our old sing and used this for our new swing. Simple to hang, easy to attach. So far so good. Will let you know if it lasts...

I was not exactly clear on the instructions that were provided and so I contacted the company and got a rapid response to my question. For traditional swings I was looking for a good tree strap kit that came with two straps instead of just one for my regular swing. I like the industrial grade metal clips and so far the strap is holding up great. I have great confidence in this tree swing strap kit.

Parents, Kids and Friends approved! We bought this with the saucer swing and it makes it very easy to move from inside to outside to inside and out again. :) The straps are strong and made out of nylon so you know they'll withstand the weather better than those polyester straps. Their customer service responded really fast when I asked for advice on what straps to purchase. We love the saucer swing too!
